These jalapeno poppers are absolutely delicious and easy to make. I hope your family loves it just as much as mine does!
10Jalapeno
1cupShredded cheddar cheese
3ozCream cheese
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
3tspParmesan cheese
½tspSeasoned Salt
Directions
1
Wash and dry your jalapenos and cut off any stems. Don't cut the end off.
Cut your jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and white membrane.
Mix together all of the spices and the cheeses in a bowl.
Microwave the cheese mixture for 15-20 seconds and stir together. This should soften the mixture to create a rough paste. If not, microwave an additional 10 seconds.
Press the mixture into the jalapeno halves. Don't overfill and be sure the tops are level. If not they may melt over the edge.
Place the jalapeno halves into the air fryer on high for approximately 10 minutes until cheese mixture is melted and slightly brown. More or less time may be needed depending on your air fryer's capabilities.
Notes
2
Wearing gloves to cut, seed and fill the jalapenos may be a good idea!!
You may not use all of your Jalapenos depending on their size.
You can use a blend of different cheeses with the cheddar such as mozzarella or provolone.
You can crumble bacon into the cheese mixture for added flavor or sprinkle on top.
You can also substitute seasoned salt with other flavored salt such as bacon, smoked, truffle etc.
